Workspace terms
These terms specify the implemented pilot boundary. They require legal review, a verified contact route, and an approved governing-law and dispute process before public acceptance is enabled.
Authorized use
Use only material you are authorized to upload and lawful public-business sources whose terms permit the intended use. No credentialed access, paywall bypass, sensitive personal profiling, covert outreach, harmful surveillance, or unlawful scraping.
Trial
The implemented trial is 14 days, no card required, one trial per verified identity. It begins only after an explicit action. No automatic payment, renewal, or subscription is created. At expiry, existing work remains readable while new premium computation pauses.
Research limitations
Outputs are research aids, not guaranteed facts or professional legal, medical, financial, employment, or investment advice. Exact sources, uncertainty, assumptions, conflicts, and model diagnostics should be reviewed before consequential decisions.
Capacity and acceptable use
The pilot applies disclosed per-identity limits to studies, active sources, logical storage, request rates, and expensive concurrent work. Circumvention, abusive automation, platform manipulation, credential sharing, denial-of-service activity, or use that violates source or platform terms is prohibited.
User material and deletion
Users retain rights in their authorized material. Source deletion and revocation remain available after expiry and mark dependent work stale. Actor-isolated export and confirmed live-account deletion are implemented. Minimal pseudonymous audit tombstones and encrypted recovery copies remain only for the disclosed bounded retention period. Final legal retention, dispute, contact, and service-level terms remain public-launch gates.
Operator
The owner identifies Advanced Idea Mechanics Inc., BC1292460, Burnaby, British Columbia, as legal operator and TraceQuorum Research Lab as the public brand selected for this build. No statement here claims that the DBA or trademark is registered.
